Paris times

OMG! I'm ssoooooooooooooo sorry I haven't been writing to you!! I've been soooooooooooo busy and we never get home before midnight!

Well when we went to Paris we stayed in a apartment near some playgrounds. We went to the Eiffel Tower were Julian and I went running around at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower because it was saturated (full) at the top of it.

A day later we went to the Versailles Palace(pronounced versai) where we looked at acres and acres of gardens and inside the enormous palace!! It was awesome because there is a pond that was so big that the King put smaller versions of battleships in it and could re-enact some wars!

Pompidou (pronounced pompidoo) is a big art gallery which has lots of paintings and sculptures. The outside of the gallery is unusual because it is covered with air conditioning pipes.

Another day later we went to this really cool science museum called Parc la Vilette. We went to a Greenhouse in the museum that was purposely growing non-native plants which was one of my favourite places in the museum!! We saw lots of plants that are also weeds in Bangalow.

Finally the day we've been waiting for...... we climbed the Eiffel Tower. I was scared at first because it was so high up but the scaredness vanished when I saw the view and also there was a cage at the top, so I knew that I was safe.

So so sorry I haven't been writing, but it's been so much of a blast that I haven't had time to write on my blog!

Thursday 15th: We're here at Hawaii and we are younger because we went on a aeroplane to Hawaii at 9:30p.m. and arrived at 10:30a.m. the same day! That night we went to a volcano but we couldn't go to close to it because of the sulphur in the air.

Sorry, but you can only see the glow of the volcano.

Friday 16th: We went on a really awesome volcano hike. We first went through a forest to come to a used-to-be-molten lava floor! There were steam vents that we explored. We left Hawaii to be greeted by our cousins at 5p.m. in San Francisco!

Saturday 17th: We ('we' means my cousins and my Mum, Dad and Jules from now on) all were exploring together when we came upon a museum called The Exploratorium. We got a sticker to put on our shirts, then we went around doing the activities, which is when I got lost. I was found by my Uncle Rob. We then sabotaged the recording room!

Sunday 18th: We got exploring again and found another museum but didn't go in it, instead we watched a comedy circus show live. Then we had a delicious ice-cream.

Monday 19th: We then went to Yosemite were we walked a little bit and found a big waterfall!! We got a little wet from the mist, but the sad thing is that Dad and I found rubbish everywhere!!!

Tuesday 20th: Finally, somewhere more exciting, Death Valley. They say that it gets so hot that you can't move! While we were there it got as hot as 51 celsius! We also went on a fault line that spurted out water which dried up and left salt, so we took a piece each!!! Oh, and my cousins kept saying they were going to die, but they didn't. That night we walked on the streets of Las Vegas (L.V., Vegas) and saw water dancing to the music by controlled jets of water and Spongebob with Patrick!!

Wednesday 21st: We went exploring and didn't find much. In the night we went to a circus show that was really awesome!

Friday 23rd:Sorry I skipped a day but I couldn't remember what I did on it. My family and I woke up early to get on a plane ( from L.V. to the Grand Canyon which) we got to talk to the co-pilot about the controls. When we landed we went on a tour to the Grand Canyon. Afterwards we went back to L.V..

Saturday 24th: Today we went through another desert this time it wasn't so hot but it had .........

Sunday 25th: At my cousins house we didn't do a lot.

Saturday 31st: Sorry I skipped some days again, but they would be boring to read. So today is my cousins birthday! I'm sure that you don't really care but it is special to me so, yeah.

Sunday 1st: August, awww! Today we leave our cousins to go to somewhere called Connecticut near New York City to meet our friend called Maya who used to live in South Africa. After all the "hello's" we went to Maya's friends birthday and spent all of the time in the pool!

Monday 2nd: Today my brother and I had trouble waking up Maya. Today we had pancakes for breakfast. We then learnt how to play a little bit of Green Day: Boulevard Of Broken Dreams after we went to Maya's granddad's house to get a car that can fit all 6 of us. We then drove to the interactive science museum.

Tuesday 3rd: We practiced the minute we woke up which we then did a show of Boulevard Of Broken Dreams for the parents. Then in the afternoon we left to stay in New York when we found our hotel we went to see the Statue of Liberty!

This looks like the Liberty's head is on fire!

Wednesday 4th: Today we went on a plane to go to Paris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Olay, hooray, I went to the Ghibili Studios on Monday! We first had to follow a very complicated map to get to the studio. Then we went to a room which had heaps of ways to do an animation and also showed how to do them! So Sebastian I hope you are proud, because I think your family told us to go. We then went on a mini mini play area and played for about 2 minutes until our Mum banished us from it because there were little kids! We then went and watched a movie that we couldn’t understand (in words) but, we luckily understood the pictures and could make-out what . Then we had a ice-cream Dad had beans in his, then we went back to the hotel to have dinner. So sorry I couldn’t take any pictures in the studio.

On Wednesday we went to a very old temple that had a lot of scenery with beautiful pics I took. Sorry this is so short (in sentences), but I hope you like the pics.

WOW! Look at that!

I'm in a museum looking at the sculptures that were made thousands of years ago and had so much detail that it looked as if it was made by a professional nowadays! We also saw some armor that they used in war and some swords that looked like it could split a man in two! I took photos of as many things I could, so here they are.

HELP ME! My parents are torturing us. They're making us walk for hours on end with no food! Although........ Never mind, okay, okay I'll tell you, we got a little bit of time in the Apple store with the I-pads and played plants vs zombies. but only a little bit of time in there. Lets start from were we left to go to Tokyo. We stayed at Greenwich in Sydney for one night at a friends house. Then at 5:30 A.M we left the house and went on a plane to Tokyo and the on a train to a suburb called Shinjuku were I am now writing this blog, but today I was tortured by the parents, like I said earlier. So sorry I can't write the name of the hotel because there might be assassins or something.
